Executive Director
As Executive Director of the Professional Beauty Group, Jayne has worked in the hair and beauty industry for 30+ years and is actively involved in all aspects of the industry through highly regarded/renowned brands, Hairdressers Journal International, Professional Beauty, Salon International and the globally recognised, British Hairdressing Awards.
Having worked as Editor-in-Chief of HJ for many years before moving to Executive Director of the Professional Beauty Group, Jayne is a trustee of the Hair & Beauty Charity and VTCT, and sits on the Hair & Barber Council and Hair & Beauty Suppliers Association in addition to the Advisory Board of the British Beauty Council.

Her dedication to innovation and education makes her a respected figure in the world of hairdressing and her knowledge of all things NXT makes her a perfect judge for this year’s competiton.
