UPLOAD 1 ‘BEFORE’ PHOTOGRAPH
Submit 1 ‘Before’ photograph of your customer, showing the colour and styling of their hair before any NXT product has been applied.
UPLOAD ONE ‘AFTER’ PHOTOTOGRAPH
Submit 1 ‘After’ photograph of your customer, showing your finished creation.
Include some notes
Please include some notes on any techniques used, what NXT products were applied and anything else you would like the judges to know about your work.
- Please note that entry is based upon confirmation of your NXT wholesaler
- File formats accepted are JPEG and PNG files
- The maximum overall upload size is 12MB
- Both your before and after pictures must be uploaded at the same time
- The competition is open to all NXT UK and Ireland customers
- Closing date for entries is 31 October 2024
Judging and Results
Judging of Entries
To give all entries the fairest possible opportunity, the judging panel will not see any identifying information such as personal or business names.
This will help to create a truly independent judging experience where entries are based solely on the merit of the work. Entries will be judged on:
- Visual Success
- Technical Execution (difficulty, quality/ complexity of the look, and techniques used)
- Creativity & Concept (where applicable)
- Overall Impression
Results AND Winners
Upon competition closing, the NXT Colourist of the Year judges will decide on a shortlist of 5 winners.
The overall winner of the NXT Colourist of the Year 2024 Competition will receive £500 of NXT Products / Amazon vouchers along with an all expenses paid invitation to our next NXT photoshoot in 2024/2025. The 4 runners up will each receive £100 of NXT Products.
